Of course, I'm kidding. I just wonder what it would look like if he really was my inspiration and I did my job the way he does it... Instead of working hard I could completely relax, not worry about this job and this company and start the working day relaxed and happy... That would be really great.

not my experience. my leader always has his new rcl breathing down his neck all day every day. he handles it well. doesn't let it roll downhill. he's great. the problem is his rcl is taking every page out of Amazon's book. and because the people above the rcl are too disconnected to understand anything.
It's an at will job, you're free to seek a new gig with a new manager any time you want.
