GEICO has its own set of issues. I creep on this board just to see if it’s any better at any other places. It’s not. The good thing about GEICO is the profit sharing but since you’re not being hired before the April cut off you won’t get it for the next year so if hired you’d have to wait until January 2023 to see any profit sharing and that’s exactly why they do that because good luck if you’ll make it that long. GEICO sucks as well.
