I worked at Allstate and finally left this company because I could no longer stand the management of this company. They simply did not have any leadership skills and were only dedicated to self interests. They have no respect for their employees at all. In the end, I no longer had any respect for them either.

I’ve worked for 3 different name brand carriers in my day and this one is by far the worst. Ironically, it thinks it is the best with its constant corporate speak and spinning of every issue. I’ve promoted with every company I switched too and promoted again away from Allstate recently so this isn’t a bitter employee post. I don’t know what they are smoking at Allstate but TW/GS puffed puffed and didn’t pass.
It really is impressive though that this company managed to get so many untalented clueless skill less self important infantile egomaniac together from all over the country and make it a leadership team. Got to give credit where credit is due.
There’s more than 1 percent of posters here that don’t work in claims. A lot of HO Northbrook employees are posting about their experience. They don’t self identify what area they are from.
This hasn't been my experience, but I'm part of the 1% of posters here that don't work in claims... So idk.
When in a meeting today where the managers talked to the employees like straight garbage. The turnover here is ridiculous, I see why.
I’m headed out too! Auto Claims is so understaffed now!
