@1ost+1aGkdyzw everyone hates agents because they are useless. claims gets calls DAILY from agents who don't understand the coverages they sold and try to big-league everyone about liability despite knowing even less about it than coverages (if possible.)
of course with the way claims is dropping the ball lo this past year it's borderline understandable.
For someone who touts the equity sh-t all the time, they sure don't have compassion for their employees... Do as they say, not as they do apparently...
