You are all getting this wrong. Yes, AIG is a terrible place run by terrible people, but!

COVID has moved everything to virtual. Use AIG to pay your bills, get insurance and a matching 401k. Then, work on starting a side business or just get another job all together while working remotely at AIG. It depends on what business model you work for, but I know folks that are running businesses while collecting an AIG paycheck and benefits. Its the best of both worlds and when the RIF comes a knocking you celebrate because you already have another income and you can collect severance for time served at this dump.

These people are the true geniuses. Cheers! Bring on the RIFs!!!!!

OMG. That video was hilarious. They literally took all the negative comments and threw them out the window because there is NO WAY that we got BETTER by 10 points. Read the room. Cannot believe they keep being delusional and pushing this "we're getting better" agenda.

Well, I can... still insane. I guess these executives get paid so much because they're basically actors. Rough gig.

OHI survey. More North Korean-esque communication. Everything is great, managers are wonderful, and everyone wants to stay at AIG.

Love it. Stay in this dystopia. I wonder if the 10 point increase represents those who were riffed and now not part of survey group.
