I quit at the beginning of the year. I honestly felt like for the first few weeks I had some form of Stockholm syndrome. I hated the decision I made to quit, doubted myself, told myself AS had been good to me (what a lie) and so on. I started seeing a psychologist 3 weeks later because I made myself depressed thinking I made a huge mistake. I’m getting better slowly. In the end, I know I made the right decision to leave. I’d be worse off if I waited any longer.

Stockholm syndrome from an at will job. That is some of the weakest sh-t I've read this week. Bunch of drama queens on here.
This whole place is a mind sc--w, the longer you stay the further your mental health goes down the rabbit ho-e.
Sorry that Allstate was such a traumatic experience for you. It shouldn’t be that way. There ARE better employers out there. You will find one that is better.
Cool story bro
