People have been leaving GSC on a weekly basis. Francesco Russo was among the many that have left this sinking ship. There has been virtually no dialogue from our leaders since that very lame Town Hall meeting. Susan M is probably brushing up on her Spanish. Happy Cinco de Mayo!

All the talented people are all gone. There might be some diamonds in the rough out there but they are lying low. This is by far the lowest morale I have ever witnessed.
The company is achieving its goal with natural attrition which costs them tons less then handing out severance packages. Why is everyone so surprised here? The company has no forward innovation/futures, products are getting stale and it's been in decline for years now. Other things happening:
Jobs are being consolidated. Doing two or 3 positions now?
no raises for most for years
Bonus structure changed to a employee based performance model ( good luck to this one )
all sorts of cuts and money savings to make it look good to either be acquired/diluted/sold.
Tons of other cool Jobs out there! go get them !
