Be careful about how honest you are....im convinced they use data from these to find their next layoffs. Youre never truly "anonymous"

Got laid off after one of such surveys. The surveys are there to make firing lists. I cringe every time I think back of my he-l dell days. What a toxic pit
Guaranteed they are not anonymous. My last manager was a spineless self serving worm who knew where negative feedback came from. It's the same with your whole management chain. If you say ELT is doing a poor job, you make the layoff list. Tread carefully.
Uh-oh. The layoffs are coming..
Also, "confidential" is VERY different than "anonymous".
If they say, "confidential", that can mean that practically everyone in HR and your entire management chain knows what you said.
I disagree with @xpp+1aFwlrdX . Speaking the truth to power can result in you being fired AND no changes. I'd be careful what you say.
If you think it's bad, say it's bad. Talk about it. Worst case, you lose a bad job. Best case, it gets better.
If you're unhappy, either help make the changes or GTFO. Why is that so hard?
