If working for a poor company in a job without any upside (for the past 10 years) has produced results you don't like, why continue the behavior? You know ONE thing for certain, follett hasn't produced for you. Control what you can. You control where you work. You can't control follett.
Everybody who is profoundly unhappy here should read this. There is no reason for you to stay. Take your fate into your own hands and move on.
If it takes a job dropping out of the sky for you to move on, the post doesn't pertain to you. Career professionals improve their skills, document their successes, and they're always looking for something better. None of that drops out of the sky.
Lol this is a ridiculously privileged take .. like jobs are dropping out of the sky in this Economy like people aren’t a couple of missed paychecks away from poverty

and if it doesn't work out you try again and then you try again, and again, each time a little closer. Had dreams about joining that facebook group set up years ago 'survivors of follett' and I wonder if it's still there. I'd love to be a member some day.
