Employees made redundant this week we’re identified months ago, based on purely subjective criteria and whether or not they were favorites of the leadership.
If they hadn’t decided I didn’t need to be here anymore, I would definitely have left very soon on my own. However, I am not clear about their criteria for who is redundant and who is not.
