When Clay is still working at Oracle, publically speaking/engaged and just a consent from BOD/exec leadership 'this is ok'

When I realized that we assume our customers are stupid and won't mind our cr-p products. When I realized that people who are smart and work hard are not rewarded for it. When I realized that everyone in my org is just milking it till retirement, and has zero ambition to learn anything new.
Man. That’s a long list. The day I found out the guy who hired me was just the pet of the woman who hired him. She had slept her way into a position of power. Then we acquire all these companies and the people came into positions of mgmt for zero reason and the woman I spoke about above basically sold her entire group out and promoted these people to anything they wanted.
I’m legit here cause my job requires zero effort, I make money investing, and legit don’t give a cr-p about anyone in my org besides a handful.
I know when people call me and say, “well, I’m still here...” that they hate it.
First day of Oracle after company acquisition. They told us nothing would change. They lied.
