I left 2 months ago for a better opportunity. After 10 years I’m finally able to take deep relaxing breaths and my stress level is nonexistent. I forgot what it was to be happy at my career and leaving has brought back those feelings. I do miss my coworkers and I wish them the best - with or without the company.

Is OPTUM laying off? Hopefully. Sick&tired of being sick&tired.
Being laid off from Optum was a blessing in disguise. I loathed the place but needed the job. Now I'm working with genuinely kind, sincere, trusting, respectful people whose only agenda is collaborating to produce good work. Huge companies are notoriously awful and Optum is no exception. The phony-balony propaganda about helping people...what a joke. Gross zillionaires in leadership who don't give a rip about you, or you, or you. There are better ways to make a living and to simply live better, free of the corporate chains, backstabbing, constant angst over being laid off, and pervasive, astounding greed. Everyone deserves better.
Stress is the silent ki---r. You have the right to live in quiet enjoyment without being lorded over by American corporatists who's only goal is: more. Sickos.
Profits were simply stolen wages.
Super, never look back of that vile place. It was awful filled with toxic lifers and desperados. Good on ya for leaving. Not worth having mental derangements from that work/life imbalance
Congratulations on your happiness and success!
I’ve heard many people who have left say the same thing. I am hopeful to be able to experience the same soon.
I’m glad to hear you’re thriving!
