Totally agree with the comments and body of the post. I was a victim of workplace abuse (mobbing, gaslighting and narcissm) at IOL, and can attest that these toxic-narcissistic managers/supervisors/leads will not hesitate to stoop to any low to protect themselves and advance their professional interests. I was set-up to fail because I asking the right set of questions to do my job and it was slowly exposing their incompetence and inability to define a work clearly. Naturally, mobbing and gaslighting followed to the point I was mentally destroyed. They may have won in getting me fired and may feel invisible now, but truth is life will catch-up with them.

What goes around eventually comes around.

Vice Presidents, Directors, and Department Heads are all smiles at internal forums. However, behind close doors, management will cut you off at the knee caps if their personal career development and promotability is threatened especially if you are right and they are wrong.

Always watch you back and document everything, especially on knowledge retention platforms that are read by many employees.

Your target audience has no morals so your advice will fall on deaf ears. They would eat their own young given the right opportunity.
