The board and Tom are fully soured on him. He brought his now widely known as failed Liberty Mutual plan as a bag of magic beans and it is crumbling all around them. The company is sinking and this will be a carbon copy of Liberty Mutual. However once they kicked Glenn to the curb Liberty Mutual had the people in place to quickly fix Glenn's incompetence and damage. Tom Wilson's group does not have this. Within the next 3 years Allstate will be absorbed pennies on the dollar but more competent competition. And I look forward to being part of the journey.

It’s amazing GS made it this far. What has he brought other than chaos and dysfunction? TW on the other hand does defer to GS so I don’t think anyone is being let go. They’re still doing a decent job. AS is still very highly regarded even if leadership is a tad questionable.

With quarterly report this week, we'll have great visibility into whether there's any momentum towards growth. After 3-4 quarters of excuses with Wall Street analysts for lack of growth, it'll be interesting to see how aggressive they get with the questions and the stock price. At some point, the loss ratio will become the topic as Company cut rates to drive growth, accident frequency returns, and claims is massively understaffed based upon their own models. Wall Street has accepted market share loss over the years, but less tolerant on profitability.
Glenn is known to hate agents. Life before him was so much better.
