Sears in IL and LA (which are both closing permanently, TODAY) still have jobs listed. I filtered Sears jobs to only list "store closing" jobs, and they have 3 listed as of now, LOL! Kinda late to atill be hiring considering they only have about 3 Hours left in business:

IL, LA, are postal codes for Illinois, Louisiana. Both states had Sears closing 2 Day, with jobs still listed.

Is Chicago Ridge actually closing though? I've seen a lot of conflicting reports so I am not sure.
The dates of the posting are 4/8 for IL & 4/19 for LA so it isn't like they were just posted. They also need crew to pack up unsold merchandise, tear down, and get rid of fixtures, etc. (which looks like what these postings are for). A store that I know was closed yet was still selling fixtures by appointment a week after the doors were closed Maybe they still need a some help with that whole process which could be for up to a couple more weeks.
*I meant STILL be hiring.
