They've treated their employees like trash for years and now no one wants to work for them

The Base Plus colleagues are the real winners here. Im going to work Friday-Sunday get paid 1.5 times my hourly rate, which is higher in most cases than general population due to being in a speciality area AND 3% commission AND Spiff payouts ontop of it?
