So my supervisor was coaching us on what and what not to say in the survey as if he was worried about how it would reflect him. What is the reason for this survey? I really want to expose what's been going on with all the supervisors playing around and allowing their favorites to do whatever, while we work like robots, and other issues, but I'm in fear of retaliation. They say the survey is anonymous, however, I do not believe that for once second.

I am so surprised that the "famed" leadership team has not picked up on this employee in the office. Not hard to pick out who the culprit is considering how few workers there are in the office. Could be his supervisor is skewing the numbers in his favor so nobody can pickup on his poor productivity.
To the last poster, why not paste this link (and other links to other posts about these lazy mo--ns) and report them to the anonymous compliance line? Years ago there was a supervisor in UM - she thought she could get away with anything. Until many complained, HR finally listened (!) and it finally caught up and she was fired. Dreams came true for many of us that day!
That co-worker who is in REN 4 Tampa who started his shift at 8 is talking to his friends on the phone in Spanish while I am making all the calls to our members. This is what goes on everyday with this guy. No work for him and supervisor is covering up for him as well as the leadership team. This has been going on for a year.
Report it to compliance anonymously, and put all this in your shaping centene surveys people. HR is useless!
More flirting between the male supervisors and female supervisors going down here in REN4 in Tampa. There laughing , giggling so much the whole half a floor can hear them. Meanwhile my co-worker (who does no work) is on the phone in the cubical speaking to his friend in Spanish. Going on right now.
These “surveys” are a joke and designed to be a witch-hunt with retaliation if you tell the truth. The best thing to do is ignore the emails and not take the survey, since they send a bunch of emails “reminding “us to take it. We hear about it all of the time in our team meetings our leaders goal is to have “x number of people participating in the survey”
As a Director at the company, I can tell you that every leader has a goal to score a certain %. To me the % matters, I encourage my people to be honest. Coming from an acquired company, centenes culture is horrendous and I will be honest without holding back.
I agree survey is not anonymous. Complaining to HR always back fires as all leaders work together and no one cares for the hard working employees. If we dont like the work environment, better to find another job
Lie on the survey and file an anonymous complaint through the Compliance line. Nothing will be solved likely but at least you can call out people/examples by name...and let karma figure out their fate. My former leader (a Sr VP) was taken out by a survey like this - let me tell you, hearing they left the company was a victory. I felt like their shady ways were finally uncovered.
As a former supervisor , I can assure you that leadership can see your results individually... the vp’s share it with the leadership that reports to them and it usually trickles down and get back to your direct supervisor ... they warn you about particular people on your team and who to look out for and who to manage out. Reporting things to HR doesn’t do any good as all they do is assign it to the leadership team of that department who reports back to HR what the findings are. The leadership bonuses are also impacted by survey results.
I told the truth. I disagreed with everything it asked. In my comment box I asked to be layoff due to unhealthy work life balance with kids at home. Departments have unrealistic standards While ( WFH). Parents are stressed burned out and kids are behind.
Its not annoynmous and knowing that, since Im ready to go anyway,I definitely decided to be candid and truthful. No im not happy ,I do not plan on being here in 12 months, I cannot talk to my people leader, I do not wish to return to the office etc
The survey us NOT anonymous. 1 huge hint is that you are asked not to forward the email to anyone else. The survey pretty much asks if you are happy, if you will stay with the company at least 12 months( that one blew my mind), do you think your upper management has been transparent with everyone, do you feel like you could talk to your people leader, how do you feel about returning to the office, what do you miss about working in the office, would you rather work remote or office or combination of both. Then there is a comment box in the very last section. I lied on all questions but 2. I want to keep working remote and I miss the interaction with people at work the most. Everything else I pretty much just said agreed. I felt that if I gave a bad review it may bite me in the a-s later.
