It is so frustrating watching all this new change happen in the sco with all these new expectations while the lead attorneys continue to do literally nothing. If anyone should be getting laid off, it’s them. In my 5+ years there it’s just gotten worse. I hope these voluntary separation packages reach them too.

We've had at least 4 attorneys leave and 3 paralegals in just the last 6 months. Astronomical stress levels.
All these people bashing lead attorneys are comical. We are laughing all the way to the bank.

What is the sco?
Im a paralegal and the attorneys (not leads) do everything, not the leads. They just pawn off all the work to the attorneys who have a ton of files already. We’ve had 4 attorneys quit in the last year or so.
