Go back and look up history. Since you're obviously a 12 year old child on this, let me tell you the history. I'll even provide proof since many of you kids want proof, and lack the cognitive ability to do your own research.
The year in 1993, Sears embarks on a billion dollar challenge- remake Sears. They call it the "softer side". It fails to draw in new business, even after Sears spends billions on it. By 1999 the massive failure of the campaign drives them to near bankruptcy.

The year is 1997, Kmart embarks on a billion dollar challenge- remake Kmart. They call it "Big Kmart". It fails to draw in new business, even after Kmart spends billions on it. In 2002, Kmart files for bankruptcy due to losing billions of dollars on the failed campaign.

Kmart and Sears have been dead since the 90's due to their massive failure- Big Kmart was a massive failure, softer side was a massive failure. If both hadn't failed so miserably, then maybe, just maybe they'd have a fighting chance. So, stop acting like Kmart and Sears are alive, they've both been dead since the 90's, and I even provided newspaper links to prove they not only failed in the 90's with their failed campaigns, but that they are both failures already.
