I know, Riverbed is doing nothing to keep the talents that haven’t already left. What could they realistically do to keep a few talented individuals who are still in this company? What would be your suggestion to them on how to keep people who work hard and have a lot of potential?

I overheard from someone that Riverbed does retain talent but it’s less than 5% they give the money to.
If you had an option to work for Diesel Engine Manufacturer (Riverbed WanOpt/NPM) or Electric/Hydrogen Engine Manufacturer (+100 different vendors), why would you go for the first option.
Why should Riverbed or any other corp retain talents? How would it help to owners and managers to raise their personal incomes?
It all really comes down to two things. Either great pay or great products. Riverbed has neither.
