I can tell you that we're sick of working with broken equipment, sick of all the initiatives, sick of all the broken promises, sick of looking at was once a good company run into the ground by incompetent management, so we'll ride it out for a while longer as works picking up in the oil patch and we'll move on.
It’s a damn shame as most of us have been here years, but it’ll be good to see the overloaded and over staffed office personnel deal with the train wreck they’ve created.

The problem is that the guy’s who knew how to fix all the junk aren’t with Weatherford anymore, they all got dumped. They also had friendly relations and close relationships with the cmen and could buy time, not any more.
Weatherford has been run of more than one location for junk equipment
