Claims needs to be there own department

There so much to do, returns,damages,liquidation,transfers,rtv, reports , also help with rec .There is not e ough time to do everything

Our managers keep complaining that we aren’t getting RTV’s and liquidation done in time and that RTVs are falling off the report ... we don’t have time to pull them, key them out do claims and receiving too ! Receiving takes up most of our time ... our 2nd shift sucks ..they don’t help with anything ... they think they are overworked... they just to a DC ... we have all the other trucks .. plus management wants us to do DC’s too .. plus claims and all the other great cr-p that comes with 1st shift ! Home office doesn’t care ... management doesn’t care as long as they don’t have to do any of the work !

Claims is a full time area. Every process is so time consuming and detailed that it takes all day. And if the wire is slow or down, or the app isn’t working it’s a nightmare.

This is why people hate corporations. Hey home office, authorize hiring more people. You can't possibly think this is helping you reach your money making goals.

You're right, they don't care. Everyone clamored for raises and this is the result. Corporations will not make less money, no matter what it cost their workers or customers. It's everywhere.

The only time I was ever coached is when I told our manager to do what they are asking me to do. I was the only associate trying to do receiving and claims. So I told him if he can do it then I can do it. He never tried and coached me. I fought it but home office screwed me. I got the last laugh when he was perp walked 3 months later for being a mini Hi---r. It's an impossible task for one person to do but the a$$ holes in Arkansas don't have a clue how much work they're asking one person to do nor do they care.
