Hi I just heard about a RIF in the risk adjustment coding department. Says the RIF was to save money and it was outsourced. Any word on this?

Med recs being asked to volunteer for severance
Not just for the department listed above - everybody is being told outsourcing is to save money. So many departments are getting hit with RIF - I don't think any department is truly safe.
