What are some of the accomplishments that the VP of IT has delivered on?

Agile BS was the biggest waste of time and money. Came up with more useless roles, titles, and non-work that you could ever imagine.
@wpn has it about right.
All the thought going on in the IT Suite was outsourced long ago.
Outsourcing from the top down in this case.
IT Suite - a mycology lab. Spensive shrooms.
If we’re talking about AW, if I had a RGP for every time he referred to his own people as “commodity” I’d be ranked Outstanding With Distinction
Nada! Just outsourcing and nothing else. EMIT shouldn't be even called an IT company at EMIT employees dont even have current ITskills. And everyone now is merely on a year on year contract, under new ranking system.
Acquired that smart corporate-soothing pseudo-Brit accent?
Is that the person?
Cucumber cool person.
Did he introduce Agile? That is a great accomplishment..... NOT!
Accomplished a lot towards becoming a VP or partner of HCL
VP or mini-VP of IT? I never understood AW’s position other than to cater to MB. It was like needing an interpreter to translate what the LT said to the VP. When he first came to Houston from FFX, one would have thought he had just left Hollywood. When in fact he got an instant bonus because of the cost of living was a lot less in Houston. He built a billion $ campus, promised out loud to move IT overseas if he didn’t see progress, he was a nightmare of a womanizer while his mini me was left to make decisions. HA! His mini me was nice but, didn’t like conflict and couldn’t make a single decision on his own. The IT VP role has had such a turnover, it’s a joke. Now what was your question? Oh yes! NOTHING! That role has accomplished NOTHING!
