Im not going to do anything until someone washes my truck
The light you see is some office creep getting overtime for doing nothing, probably there at weekends too.....they can always justify it.
Probably just furloughed. Try again in Fall.
The question is.....is it different at any other company.
It is good to see the office hiders feeling the heat. Many of them cant read or write anyway
People are just going through the motions these days, or all the guy’s I know are anyway. We do the minimum required, or even less as we’ve been sh#t on so much that we’ve become indifferent to it all. As an ops guy I can tell you that we’re sick of working with broken equipment, sick of all the initiatives, sick of all the broken promises, sick of looking at was once a good company run into the ground by incompetent management, so we’ll ride it out for a while longer as works picking up in the oil patch and we’ll move on.
It’s a damn shame as most of us have been here years, but it’ll be good to see the overloaded and over staffed office personnel deal with the train wreck they’ve created.
It sucks here. More people get let go every day. Quality got hit last week.
