Can someone pls answer my question about the external recruiter?

It would be appreciated. Does NOV use them?

Thank you

In my business unit (under Wellbore) we do use recruiters, However all they do is post the jobs and move the responses from the various platforms (Indeed etc.,) to the hub for hiring managers review. Best bet is to apply for all the jobs you are after from the NOV jobs site, Our business unit is supposed to get all positions approved (even if using a temp service) so they should all be posted.

Here's your answer: NOV doesn't have a centralized strategy and plan. They decentralize everything and let each division make decisions on their own. Some divisions don't manage down so you end up with each facility and each HR department doing whatever they feel they want, whether it is profitable, in NOV's best interest or even sane. So, the answer is yes and no. It will depend on which HR department and division you are talking to.

Yes NOV uses Banerjee Recruiting Services (BRS) based in Mumbai for all NOV new hires. You'll need to move to India, become an Indian citizen, take a 90% cut in pay, lose most of the knowledge in your brain, and then you'll be qualified to be hired by BRS.
