I haven’t been here very long and I wonder how easy it is to be fired from here (in general, not through company downsizing or anything like that).
I used to work in a company where it was very easy to get fired for a trifle even without breaking company rules or making some big, irreparable mistake.
I wonder what the situation here is like.

Easy to be let go. Unless your manager protects you.
Miami office is empty. Sales is being berated instead of being awarded for their short handed heroic efforts. Back of house is over worked and under paid. Moral is down. I expect others to start jumping ship soon as leadership team has lost its employees.
You obviously did something that rewards being let go and are asking to see the limits of how far you can go. Xerox may be lacking but they are far from dumb. Enjoy your time off.
Was a xeroid for 27 years. It was amazing what I have seen. Witnessed members of a certain racial group come in and be on overtime and literally not do anything for 2-3 days at a time. Management wouldn't do anything because they were afraid of discrimination suits and said so. Same people would not listen to their leads or supervisors thus created a hostile work environment for others. Glad I'm gone from that environment.
It depends on your age, gender, title and results. Xerox / XBS Southwest fires based on those factors.
Execs don't get fired. They get bonuses and give bean counters millions of dollars to find ways to hire people who wouldn't complain to the labour board, human rights and workplace insurance.

For those who work at Saxon, many poor decisions by leadership team. There are bad apples that should have been fired years ago and they still exist because of old circle. Mother Xerox will soon know
It’s not. They will lay you off or make your life hell so you quit... because its easier than having to go through all the steps and hurdles with HR legal etc to fire you.
The people that should get fired (slime ball salespeople) never get fired.
So you’re mistake prone and already thinking ahead...the perfect Xeroid hire! Chug the kool aid now. If you have a lean six sigma yellow belt or higher you’re bulletproof. Cook lake trout in the lunchroom microwave, come in late, leave early...
