Automation is inevitable, that much is clear, they want to get rid of employees in every way. I’m interested in how fast do you think automation is happening here? It seems to me that they are working on it more and more, although I have friends who claim that in their companies this process is going much faster.

That’s such a great point! They really do as it makes them look like the hero. People don’t follow hero’s though they follow leaders! Bookmark that as most of those managers s— up to Vps so bad it’s disgraceful! They weren’t gonna disrespect me as I wouldn’t allow it! Took the Vspp and never looked back!
Indeed they want to get rid of everybody. Every time I see an email about a procedure or metric that needs to be followed they always say those who don't follow this procedure or meet this metric will be placed in "documented coaching or written up" face it managers here get off on getting rid of people and bullying everyone else.
MPLS is good for the stockholders and the customers but bad for the techs etc.
