I don’t see it as some kind of competition, but I am really embarrassed when I talk to friends from other insurance companies, because they all treated their employees much better during the pandemic. I know we have no influence there and that it is the company policy, but I feel miserable that I am still working in such a doomed company. Getting out of here is my main priority.

What do you expect from a scum like Tom & Glenn. Soon most of our jobs will be sent to Puna. Tom & Glenn preach about equality, but the Puna employees do not receive benefits & are paid peanuts...
The glass is half empty! I left Allstate in 2019 and my career got jump started. There are wonderful opportunities out there. At the end of the day, "The Grass Is Greener!"
