Allstate is sinking deeper and deeper every day, and I am trying to leave as soon as possible because my career and my health are sinking along with it. Before I never thought that Allstate would become the company it is now. I wonder if the situation at Allstate could get even worse? What will be left of this company in the end?

If it is so bad, coming here to complain is not the solution.
I have a hard time finding sympathy for the lifers that are now being held accountable instead of being given the ability to avoid real work all day while relying on the overstaffed team to pick up their slack. Now those extra folks are gone and it's "the end of the fn world."
