Hudson was to be full hybrid initially but our manager told us a little while ago that it is going to be by choice work from home completely or hybrid in Hudson. Our team is split pretty evenly on going hybrid or staying work from home. I personally am going hybrid as it hard to work with little ones at home and this has messed with my work life balance. It has become like living in the office which is no good.
Gary Hallgren just announced that Arity will be home based moving forward, with occasional on site meetings and the ability to reserve office time as needed.
I hear we’ll get employee emails will start sending around 2/3pm Central today. Sounds like a limitation on the email system ability to send sooner.
