So senior leadership has alluded they think we will be given the choice for a hybrid setting or work from home... anyone have any insight?

Just got an email saying they will be assigning our status this afternoon...
I don’t abuse substances on the clock.. but my production has been BETTER at home. I thrive when I’m not micromanaged 24/7...
WFH is much better, no BS lazy manager over your shoulder, it’s 4:20 all day! & can have a beer for lunch....

People want to get on with their lives. There has been way too much uncertainty over this. WTF is taking so long regarding WFH ??? This is asinine ! More lies about future plans stringing is along for as long as possible. What are they waiting for ?
The hybrid thing is dumb and so is the desk sharing. If people have been productively working from home and they want to stay wfh let them. Same for people that want to go back to the office.
