HR is always making adjustments based on what the competitive market is doing. Look it up online and read the policy!

I am being relocated. I volunteered. While I know we may have offered partial or total buyout previously. I am wondering if our relocation assistance is what it used to be or should I plan for less and hope for more. I think they should pay me over what my home is worth as my lifestyle will change.
