I'm curious as to how we are going to keep the upward trend. $20 a share is a great accomplishment for a company that has lost touch with its consumer base and hasn't put out a bonafide hit in years that has had kids drooling for our toys. Thank the pandemic? Should we hope it continues for the sake of parents buying barbies on amazon? What happens when we achieve herd immunity? Will we be back to the same ol same ol junk that no one wants? Theres a reason why all the talent left for spin.

EVERY DAY IS A HALF DAY FRIDAY FOR EXECUTIVES IN THIS COMPANY.
HALF day fridays for VPs and above??? Don't be fooled, it's no– Fridays for them. 3–day weekends every weekend!
Also some departments are have kept half day fridays for ALL team members, NOT just VPs and above....
maybe YOU no longer get the half day Fridays, but the VP and above still do, it's a perk.
busted. no more half day fridays you laid off tool. move on troll.
$300k a year, and with half day Fridays, a VP title at Mattel is incredible, and there are over 200 of them.
you wish you were an executive but you’re just a lemming waiting to be cut as a sacrificial lamb to save someone higher than you from losing their job.
As a Mattel executive, I am desperately hoping a new strain or variant emerges soon that puts the country back into lockdown. This is our only hope.
