Yup. Every employee at any given company is replaceable. If not, then the company is operating at an unacceptable level of risk.
And yeah, replacing some folks will cause a bit more disruption, or cost a bit more to cover, than others... but none are untouchable. I agree with the other poster. If you're not happy then look around and find another situation. Lots of hiring going on right now.
They aren't wrong either. No employee is unreplaceable. Look out for yourself and start applying elsewhere if you're truly unhappy with your working situation, employers are replaceable too...
