I am a visual merchandiser and work weekdays. Does Target with visual merchandisers/general merchandisers work weekdays only?? Whats the pay for someone experienced in South Texas? What do they do, job duties, what time do they go in and out, etc...

I am a former visual manager for Target. I worked Mon-Fri unless it was a special launch (designer collaboration, etc). I only worked one overnight for a huge floor move. I had a part time assistant that covered weekends. Note: This is highly unusual. I only had one because I worked in the highest volume Target Supercenter in my state.) Overall besides cr---y management (two of which I managed to get fired because of all their shady dealings) it was not bad. The most frustrating thing is that there isn’t enough staff in apparel to maintain what you set. If you are at Macys you might want to make the switch. Target paid me very well.
Do you currently work for Macys as ”visual”?
I'm only asking because I do and honestly Target isnt looking too bad right now.
This is exactly why I'm reading the Target Forums
