DXC technology announces one-time bonus for all employees as the tech giant sees robust revenue growth

DXC technology has announced a one-time bonus, which will be equal to one week’s base salary for all executive level management employees above the level of principal consultant
“This bonus recognises the exceptional contributions and dedication of all mid level people and executive people to its clients during this challenging year,” said the company CEO Mike Salerno. "Other employees are not considered people they are just resources and interchangeable".

As a DXC manager, I can tell you this isn't true. And if it was, the employees below these executive levels that would get the bonuses should be LIVID as they are the true employees doing the work and deserve to get these bonuses.

Here is something true - when I got WFR'd I got a 'bonus' which equaled 8 weeks of pay; my severance . :) That is the only 'bonus' I ever got from DXC. Kinda helped make up for never getting a pay raise.

Some people seem to believe to make pressure on the management, when writing here about bonus. Fact is, there will be no general bonus, there will be no salary increase at DXC.
Those discussions are started by those, who don't want to face the facts.

When you accept those facts for yourself, than you either need to acknowledge that this will be till retirement or a WFR, or you need to change the employer.

Of course this is not true?! Who would read this and believe it?! And who is Mike Salerno anyway.. many funny Mike Salerno videos on YouTube. Too bad them Mike selvino drinking game video was taken down. Every time he said ah um right you know I took a sip of my wine I was drunk in 5 minutes
