Long story short, the Temp Agency Manager kept on pressuring me to do the job of 3 employees, because a coworker got a better job offer, left the very day she got the offer.
There was only 35% temp contract workers remaining in the project. The Temp manager was not understanding of the situation.
I left the job the next day and didn't return. Got a job lined up already which pays higher. Xerox is not good.

Everyone should be looking for a new job right now. Covid vaccinations are accelerating. Recent surveys indicate companies are planning on staffing to pre-pandmeic levels by the end of the year. As for Xerox, make sure you do not document anything you do. Delete all notes you've taken and do not share them. Let managers pay the price for not respecting experienced, competent employees. Xerox is will go bankrupt but shareholders, corporate officers and Carl Icahn will continue to take every penny that they possibly can from the company. Xerox will cease to exist under Carl and John.
Congratulations on leaving that DUMP. I left last year and make 30% more with sky as the limit and so much happier. I really encourage people still at Xerox to leave because Xerox is awful.
