How many of us are going to see their jobs outsourced before the end of the year? I see it happening constantly even if the company is trying hard to keep it quiet. People are constantly being cut as their replacements are being hired in cheaper countries. MFC should be ashamed of itself for how it's treating its loyal employees.

Are they moving even more jobs to Manila or India? With all the work from home in Asia, you'd think they'd be a bit more concerned about information protection
There are going to be 10% of layoffs in the next 2 years. Mostly focused on supporting the global model. I think the best thing would be to upskill. Focus on data engineering, product engineering or software.
