Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

BOD

When was the last time anyone that has comments about what the Board should do, have ever seen any of these people, live and in person? It has been less than 5 yrs for me and this group has been around longer than since Moses grabbed the tablets. If you really think this group would make a difference for employees or the company, your nuts.

Same with the union cheerleaders. DEFCON 5 is approaching and first you need some sort of internal solidarity. That’s as likely to happen as jobs moving from India to the US. You pro union guys, also known as NAAPA, keep honking your old dead thoughts. 30 years in the making. Your as bad as the board and senior leadership in your transparency.

Bottom line for the employees, both happy and unhappy. Make your own decisions. It usually works out best that way

The BOD does not care about customers or Allstaters. The BOD is there to rubber stamp TW’s actions. Moreover, the only care about share buybacks and dividends to the shareholders. They will also help sell Allstate to Progressive.

The best decision for all..at the earliest point that you are able put Allstate in your rear view mirror....
As an employee and as a customer.
