Sure they offer a 30 minute break while working from home sitting in front of a laptop writing estimates all day and haggling with shops , angry customers, agents, shops and trying to negotiate thousands of dollars in storage charges with towyards , but if you take that 30 minute break you’ll be working a 13 hour shift instead of a 12 hour shift . Tom and Glenn must be running the same sweatshop as Amazon . Adjuster Staffing is down to the bare minimum . Glad to see customers canceling their policies abd moving on.

Do you mean 30 min lunch? Or do you actually get 30 min breaks twice a day... count your blessings if so.
And the endgame? They have thousands of Patels waiting in India to do the claims and adjusting as soon as it's time. They have already been trained and certified to handle adjusting and injury. The head honchos don't care the the customer and shops have to deal with India as long as their yearly bonus remains fat and plump. They see no further than their own bank accounts at any given time. And when the time comes that the bonuses become less and business is in the toilet they will be pointing their filthy fingers at all of us saying it is our fault and taking no accountability for their laundry list of failures.
It’s worse than that...
This leadership team HATES its American employees and will do anything..literally anything to be rid of them...
YOU are the reason for the expense ratio..
YOU are the reason they can’t compete. YOU are a hindrance to higher bonuses...
Lucky employee...
A 30 minute break when you are forced to work a 13 hour day..
