I became a top engineer at a SP500 aerospace company with $200k/year with bonus and 8% matching 401k. My job is highly appreciated by my employer, unlike at Direct TV where I worked my b*tt off my 10 year.
My best decision in my life was to leave Direct TV and its jokers called management. T did the society a favor by ki----g off Direct TV !
Did any upper management learn anything from the Lee Iachoca story? I suggest every CEO from telecom companies read and understand that you put your business in jeopardy when your employees feel like minions instead of them understanding the why and how to be successful. But when you make 500k a paycheck I guess it doesn’t matter.
I’m leaving this horrible company ASAP. Flipping burgers at the local hamburger joint will provide more job satisfaction....
I still work in IT. I could care less what the companies do with their applications.
Learning open source opens doors that you don't even know existed. It is the future and applies across all industries basically. could care less about telecom industry it is a dirty industry with nothing but snake oil salesmen.
