Well, guess there was just one.
In California, these are great things about Dell:
- When you resign, they will ask you which company you are joining. If they consider the company a competitor, they will terminate you on the spot. If you are not telling, they will assume you are going to a competitor. (Don't ask me the legality of this as I didn't check and don't care anymore).
- When you are terminated, your insurance coverage ends the same day at midnight. Most companies in the Bay Area cover until end of month.
- Then they will try to get back the vested RSU (read the RSU agreement). I've sold all my vested RSU and transferred the money out of Fidelity just to be safe. Dell, come and try get them if you want.
