Lately, I’ve heard a lot of people complaining they are being passed for promotions, raises or bonuses. Here’s the thing, you really have to make sure that you are doing everything you can to get noticed and to leave a mark. It’s easiest to blame the company but how hard have you actually been trying? Have you been making sure that what you are doing is aligned with your boss’ needs, expectations or priorities? Have you been bringing new ideas to the table? Have you been making sure to go that extra mile? It’s the small things that matter. You can downvote me all you want but people lately are expecting a lot for what little they put in.

Make sure you are meeting or exceeding your goals with no negative surveys. Employee ranking and evaluation to determine assessments and eventual layoffs happening soon.

Your a boot licking corporate plant. Glenny and Tommy hired a troll like you to try to post positive feedback to boost the morale they destroyed. Your being paid to be brainwashed, but to do it to us. You should actually be ashamed of yourself, as your comments are insulting.

How about the board of directors terminate Tom Wilson and Glenn Shapiro before there is no longer a company left to salvage?

Then we can take a page out of Liberty Mutual's book and immediately start our own "Back to Basics" program rolling back and fixing all the mess and mismanagement that Tom and Glenn have done to this once great company.

How two lamebrains can so easily destroy a company themselves is beyond comprehension. Get rid of Trudan, Terrance, Parsons and the rest of the enablers that let all this happen.

As someone who has been passed up for a role 6 times, I can tell you right now, there’s something else going on. I’ve studied, I run huddles, I engage, I am a part of two committees, I have actively asked for SAL’s, and have take them time to learn the job I’ve expressed interest in. It runs deeper for some, than just “how hard have you worked”?

You can tell the posters who are being paid by Allstate to monitor this board and to respond to negative posts, post positive corporate BS and try to change the thumbs up or down.
Allstate has a department that monitors all social
Media. Allstate is very aware of its presence here.

Bravo , bravo OP. I almost shed a tear reading all you had to say so well thought out . Maybe next time say “Let them eat cake.” We are the frontline peasants getting no recognition and 1-2% raises for apologizing 10 times a day to customers and shops about delays in claims handling . Who’s this guy blowing ?

Did all of the above. I had ideas stolen by my boss, worked above and beyond, made my boss look like gold despite their glaring lack of knowledge as a manager only to be blocked for another job because their workhorse and knowledge base wouldn’t be accessible. This company promotes incompetent, a$$ lickers who keep each other’s secrets. Prove me wrong OP

Sorry but when the company puts out garbage treatment, garbage wages, and garbage policies along with total disrespect and unethical actions towards employees they get garbage results. I think most of us are beyond the point of wanting promotions and advancement in this sewer of a company. Many of us are just doing the bare minimum for a paycheck anymore until we find something better.

Take that back to Glenn and Tom before getting back down on your knees.
