I am ashamed that I have ever worked in this company. I must admit that lately I wasn’t expecting anything good to happen, but I didn’t think they would do this to us.
Couldn’t they have warned us a little earlier that some jobs could be eliminated? If nothing else, they could have managed the layoffs in a more humane way.

This last year they brought in the most money they have ever made, stock price is the highest it has ever been, they are expanding here and there, and their first big move is to decimate their work force and morale. Intentionally disrupting hundreds of peoples lives who have bled for them for so many years to make some stock holders slightly happier. People working with disability were not even thought of in these changes and there was no attempt to understand or accommodate them. So many people just given less money in new positions that work longer hours and have greater responsibility and as they put it "individual or pinpoint accountability". The entire situation is disgusting but so typical to their history. As said, Good Luck to all!
Such a slap in the face, especially after all the hard work we put in risking our health this past year with the pandemic. I’m thankful that I wasn’t affected but I really feel for those in my club that were. Especially since some of them have been with the club for 10+ years.
