Has anyone received their severance or have any updates on when to expect?

There is a significant backlog of processing severance packages because there are only 3 HR staff assigned for the 3,000 layoffs per HR staff, unbelievably inept and cold! Make tickets via HR and CYC/cobra regarding this. There’s no way to request an expedited processing. Also if you had a flex spending account, HR said corporate has to reimburse you for your complete total you had inputted for 2021. One cannot use the card, but one can be reimbursed via mail, fax, app, etc..
@7pmy+1a2uXbGM I would check the ADP app again. I’ve seen the data posting can vary by a few hours. Mine was in by 1:30 EST. In my case, now the time clock is ticking for the 31 days I have to wait until I can file for UI in NY (to be eligible you can’t have been paid by your company for a 30-day period). I also returned my signed agreement via email on 3/15.
ADP shows I’m getting mine tomorrow, on 4/2. Only after a whopping 40% is taken out in taxes. Last day worked 3/4, term date 3/12.
Post ID: @7pmy+1a2uXbGM did you ask them to email you back stating they received your signed release when you sent it to them on 3/15/21? And, did you email it or send it through the regular mail? I would call that HR number and ask if it is going to be sent to you on 4/16. The severance comes on regular pay dates, so that would be the next date.
I also havent received my severance, I turned my release in on 3/15. I just checked ADP and dont see a deposit for 4/2 so I am super angry now. Its so ridiculous to have to wait nearly a month or more for severance pay.
I just looked out on the ADP site and my severance is set to deposit tomorrow on 4/2/21. I emailed my signed pdf back to Centene first thing on 3/13/21. They taxed the hell out of it, but at this point I'm happy to see it's coming tomorrow.
I don’t understand why they are dragging their feet. We have bills to pay and families to support, even if we are getting unemployment, it isn’t enough! This is some real BS. I’m still waiting on mine and my separation date was 3/12, I sent my stuff in on 3/13 and got the confirmation email telling me about a 7 day waiting period. Well it’s been almost 14 days.
Yep I received mines as well.
Update: did receive full bonus 3/26 minus 40% in taxes. Same amount as last year, so rumor was false.
HR told me it’ll be paid out on either 4/2 or 4/16 payday if term date was 3/12 and you returned your signed agreement promptly. Wondering if I’ll get my bonus tomorrow, 3/26, I heard that’s when they’ll be paid out. Also heard they’re significantly less than they have been in previous years.
It took me about a month to get mine after I signed my Release. It'll come.
I just came here to ask similar questions. I was told it would be on the next pay date. So, I’m guessing April 2nd.
