The Omaha geniuses terminated the guys that had been FG longer than 365+ in my service unit, those remaining in FG have refused the recall letter rather than have their lives disrupted again.
Good job Omaha, keep paying all those shoves.

Lots of openings at this Last suggested company. I wonder if they can’t hire people because they are a contractor company 🤔 good luck to them if the pay less than a living wage you aren’t going to find quality people to work in this industry.

I say let rail crew start switching cars and operating trains. We’ll sit back, enjoy the show and wait for them to beg us to come back to work. I know for a fact that you get what you pay for.
Finding the workers will be the contractors problem.
They don't care, the greedy board members and the FRA and the unions are all in on this pay day they just forgot and don't care about the ones that make it happen! We all need to go above with our concerns and bring it to the house saying above the Union and the FRA! They don't give a damn, they're getting paid off..
I’d like to know where these RRs will find the next generation of workers? They must think people don’t read reviews on job boards. Can’t wait to train the next group I’m sure we’ll get only the cream of the crop.

Good for them, I don't blame them one bit! This outfit that's in there now is going to bury UP so deep there won't be any digging out! And they definitely shouldn't come back to do another crafts job!
