Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Leadership is being pushed to move people to UN NOW!!

Allsnake has around 60 days to get people GONE WITHOUT SEVERANCE before the upcoming WARN announcements of sweeping layoffs significantly larger than the ones last year...
Leaders are being pushed to place folks on UN now if they are not meeting those metrics.....
I am sure that there are folks on this board who can validate that they are receiving conversations from their “leaders” about potential termination so dont even think about claiming this is not true stooges..

I totally agree as a one time Field Appraiser on house arrest for over a year now. Grouped with office employees working from home. Working 50+ hours a week. Unable to consistently meet just the productivity goals and now more metrics added on to meet. Its pretty obvious they want people to leave on their own due to the stress and toxic environment or they will find a problem with your performance and get rid of you. Sickening the way claims are handled now. To even mention customer service is a joke.

True, very true. In property they are stressing production and restoration surveys. If you are not meeting the metric you are having manager talks. I had mine. I'm not going to ruin my mental health for this job. I will continue to do the bare minimum.

As a manager I can confirm this. We are to review each rep with a fine toothed comb and update metrics as provided. Also the occurrence adjustments that are now going on factor in as well. I for one am going to lose some people.
