Do it , Allstate is like working for The General or Titan insurance now. Sweat shop with little to no raises anymore .
As far as I know, Allstate doesn't have non-compete agreements for lower level workers. As others have said, unless you don't care about leaving the company early, don't tell them where you're going if you do happen to leave.
@1mja Non compete agreements are easy to get around.
Don't even mention that you are considering applying to a competitor. They will term you on the spot. Have seen it before.
