RMBC - leader didn’t convey occurrence notice

I am in RMBC and was never told of occurrence updates or adjustments.. is this applicable to only claims? Or everyone? Can someone else confirm in RMBC?

It’s anything over 4 hours that’s considered a full occurrence . 2 hours is still a partial

Well thank you all in claims.. I checked my occurrence tracker and only had my one partial from 2020 that was like 2 hours... so if it is true for us also (I imagine it would be) then I should be ok in that aspect...

But I don’t ever feel too stable or safe with this company for long now anymore.

I was not told in claims. I had find out by bringing it up to my manager and even he said he didn’t know about it . I requested time card and there it was I went from 5 to 9 occurrences.

Hi OP. I’m in claims and it was brought up in my monthly coaching with my leader. It has not been something openly communicated. Hope this helps.

It’s probably another thing they know and have not told us yet. Just like hybrid to Hudson despite it being all over this site

I cannot speak for RMBC as I do not know but it is happening a lot in claims and have heard that it is taking place in CCC as well. Maybe they just haven't gotten to RMBC yet? No idea.
